Elliott B. Rosenbaum, PsyD, ABPP, PCC

ASPC Founder/Director and Coach Trainer

Dr. Elliott B. Rosenbaum is the founder and director of the American School of Professional Coaching (ASPC), established in 2010. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a board-certified clinical psychologist based in Jacksonville, Florida. With extensive experience in clinical practice and organizational leadership, Dr. Rosenbaum also served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy as a clinical psychologist. In addition to his ASPC coach work, he maintains a private practice specializing in forensic psychological evaluations. Elliott holds a BA in psychology from State University of New York, an MS in counselling from The Johns Hopkins University, and a PsyD from The George Washington University.

 

Patrick Williams, EdD, MCC, BCC

Coach Trainer

One of the early pioneers of coaching, Pat is often called the ambassador of life coaching. Pat is a licensed psychologist and a founding member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Master of Coaching (MCC) certification. Patrick founded the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), specializing in leading those with a human services orientation. He has authored 6 books about professional coaching with W.W. Norton books. Pat holds a BA in Psychology and Speech Communications from University of Kansas, an MA in Humanistic Psychology from the University of West Georgia and an EdD in Transpersonal Psychology and Counseling from University of Northern Colorado.

 

Margot Halstead, MCC, PMP, MBA

Coach Trainer

Margot Halstead is an executive coach and organizational development practitioner with more than 25 years of experience building and assessing coaching capability within structured programs. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), certified PCC Marker Assessor, and ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider, Margot brings rigor to both the development and assessment of coaching skills. Her work ensures participants demonstrate observable competency aligned to ICF Core Competencies—not just exposure to coaching concepts. Margot specializes in translating coaching standards into practical, repeatable behaviors that can be taught, practiced, and evaluated across cohorts. Her approach integrates structured feedback, clear performance criteria, and real-time application, enabling organizations to build sustainable, internally capable coaching cultures. Margo holds a BA in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Marymount University.

 

John Pendola, PCC, MBA, MPA

Coach Trainer

John Pendola is a seasoned leader, executive coach, facilitator and consultant with over 30 years of experience in management and technical positions. He currently serves as a senior advisor and National Security consultant for the United States government. John was a government executive responsible for the modernization of end-user services, large-scale data integration, and 24 x 7 Operations Center management for the Central Intelligence Agency. He completed his Agency career, managing large data sets in the Center for Cyber Intelligence. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, John completed a distinguished Naval career, serving as a nuclear submarine officer. John’s initial position in a coaching engagement is that the client already has the answers. He works with clients to help them see the challenges of leadership through a different lens. He provides observations, asks probing questions and offers support to individuals who are moving to accomplish important personal and professional goals. A large part of his coaching is to get the client to see potential and opportunity in themselves that they do not see in the present. John holds an BS in Mathematics from the US Naval Academy, an MBA from George Mason University and an MA in Public Administration from Valdosta University.

 

Nancy Chrisman, PCC

Coach Trainer

With more than 25 years of experience advising executives, senior leaders, and mission-driven organizations, Nancy specializes in performance optimization, leadership development, and sustainable behavior change across complex systems. Nancy brings a unique blend of executive insight and human-centered coaching to her work with clients in education, nonprofit, public sector, and highly regulated environments. She is recognized for her ability to translate complexity into clear, practical action, helping leaders build resilience, strengthen communication, and align individual growth with organizational outcomes. Her coaching approach emphasizes curiosity, accountability, and trust, while supporting individuals and teams as they navigate change, increase engagement, and sustain long-term performance.

 

Davina Rosenbaum, ACC

Coach Trainer

Davina is an executive coach, facilitator, and consultant who works with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams to strengthen communication, alignment, trust, and performance. She partners with leaders across private, corporate, and government settings, facilitating leadership and coaching programs and supporting teams through moments of growth and transition. Davina is trained by the American School of Professional Coaching, is an ICF-certified coach, and holds certifications in Conflict Transformation from Emory University and Leadership and Health Coaching from Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital. Her work is grounded in a deep belief in the people she works with, supporting leaders in accessing their own clarity and leading with greater trust and connection.

 

Lyndsay Romero, MA

ASPC Operations Manager

Lyndsay is a retired U.S. Navy officer with a distinguished career in naval intelligence, where she served as both an analyst and instructor. She earned the Navy’s Master Training Specialist certification, reflecting her expertise in developing and delivering high-quality instruction. Throughout her career, she deployed in support of operations in Qatar, Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and Afghanistan. Lyndsay holds a BS in Outdoor Education from Montreat College and an MA in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.

As Project Manager, Lyndsay oversees all phases of ASPC project development and leads contract bidding efforts, ensuring competitive proposals and successful project outcomes. She serves as the primary point of contact for organizations interested in obtaining ICF certification for their teams. lyndsay@aspc-training.com

 

Lauren Miller

ASPC, Admin Specialist

Lauren holds a BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to joining ASPC, Lauren built an extensive career in the fitness industry, serving as a personal trainer and later as Director of Membership Services where she managed operations for a large family-owned gym in Virginia Beach.

Lauren currently oversees the business operations of ASPC while also managing two forensic clinical psychology practices. She is the primary point of contact for inquiries related to billing, invoices, course scheduling, and general information.  lauren@aspc-training.com
